SERVICES
Regeneration provides marketing services including, but not limited to, marketing consultancy, organic social media management, paid social strategy, influencer marketing campaigns, content creation, feed planning, and related digital marketing services.
All services are delivered based on an agreed scope of work, timeline, and the time allocated to your project, as reflected in your proposal or quote.
Lead times for services are dependent on timely client input, approvals, and delivery of required assets. Any delays in providing materials, feedback, or approvals may result in delays to service delivery, for which Regeneration cannot be held responsible.
If you are unhappy with any work produced, we will make reasonable amendments in line with the agreed scope. However, no refunds will be issued once work has commenced.
REFUNDS
Once work, strategy development, content creation, campaign planning, or implementation has begun, no refunds will be provided.
Regeneration will endeavour to complete all agreed tasks and deliverables outlined in the selected service or proposal.
TERMINATION & NOTICE
Services operate on a rolling monthly basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A four (4) week notice period is required to terminate any ongoing service or package.
Where a paid trial or initial month is offered, this period does not require a notice to terminate at the end of the trial.
USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS
If you submit feedback, ideas, suggestions, proposals, or other materials to us (whether online, by email, or otherwise), you agree that we may use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute such materials without restriction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
