Canvas UGC pricing

Canvas UGC pricing: what a programme costs in 2026

A managed Canvas UGC programme has 2 costs: a management fee for the team that runs it, and a creator budget that goes to the creators making your content. At Regen, each creator earns a $500 base fee plus $1.30 for every 1,000 views their videos earn, and management starts at $2,500 a month.

Our 3 tiers start with a 5-creator Starter network at $5,000 a month all-in before views: $2,500 for Regen and $2,500 for the creators. Most providers bundle everything into a single monthly figure, and published managed programmes run from around $10,000 to $50,000 a month. We split the costs so you can see exactly where your money goes. If you are new to the model, start with What Is Canvas UGC?

How Canvas UGC pricing works

1. Regen management: from $2,500 a month. This pays for the team running your programme: creator sourcing and onboarding, account setup, the private Discord, content direction, tracking, hook reports, and replacing creators who aren't contributing. It scales with the size of your network.

2. Creator budget: $500 base plus $1.30 CPM per creator. This goes to the creators, not to us.

  • The $500 base fee covers 30 original videos a month from each creator.
  • The $1.30 CPM (cost per 1,000 views) means your cost only rises when content gets attention. You don't pay the same for 2,000 views as you do for a million.

Why a 4-month minimum?

Month 1 is setup: sourcing creators, opening accounts, and briefing. Months 2 to 4 are where the network finds the hooks that work and scales them. If 1 creator's video hits a million views, the rest of the network tests the same idea the following week. Judge a programme after a single month and you judge it before it has started.

What your month might cost

Views that monthStarterGrowthEnterprise (15 creators)
100,000$5,130$10,130$15,130
200,000$5,260$10,260$15,260
1,000,000$6,300$11,300$16,300

On Growth at 200,000 views a month, you pay around $34 per original video, all-in. The views fee stays a small share of the total and only grows when videos perform.

What drives Canvas UGC cost

  1. Number of creators. More creators means more accounts, more angles tested, and more chances at a video that travels.
  2. Views. The views fee rises with attention, which is the outcome you want.
  3. Creator profile. Creators who understand B2B software and can explain a product credibly are worth more than generic content creators.
  4. Paid media. The budget you put behind winning videos through paid social sits outside the programme fee.
  5. Reporting depth. Connecting videos to trials, demos, and revenue takes proper tracking set up from day 1.

Other pricing models you will see

  • Flat monthly retainer: a single fee covering creators and management. Simple, but you can't see how much reaches the creators.
  • Per video: you pay for each video delivered. Useful for one-off testing, harder to run as an ongoing programme.
  • Performance only: creators earn purely on views or actions. Cheap to start, but creators drift away when early videos don't take off.

We combine a guaranteed base with a views fee, so creators stay committed through the testing phase and earn more when their content performs.

The costs to plan for beyond the fee

  • Your team's time to approve positioning, answer product questions, and give feedback in the first month
  • Product access for creators, such as demo accounts or sandbox environments
  • Compliance review in regulated sectors. The ASA's influencer guidance applies to content posted for your brand
  • Paid media to scale the winners

How B2B brands should judge value

Cost per video helps you compare quotes. It is the wrong number for judging success. Judge a Canvas UGC programme on:

  • Cost per trial or signup for product-led products
  • Cost per demo or qualified lead for sales-led products
  • Winning hooks found: how many ideas earn a place in your paid campaigns
  • Pipeline influenced by traffic from the creator accounts and boosted videos

A month that produces 3 hooks you scale for a quarter is worth more than a cheaper month that produces nothing you use. Our Finden case study shows the paid side of this: once the creator-led creative was proven, we put budget behind it and reached £0.57 per landing page view.

Who we built this for

Regen runs Canvas UGC for SaaS, AI, and tech companies that need to be understood quickly, and we are the team behind the Juno campaign. Every programme sits inside our creator partnerships service and connects to paid social, so the videos that work get scaled.

Canvas UGC pricing FAQ

How much does Canvas UGC cost?

Regen's management fee is $2,500 a month for Starter (5 creators), $5,000 for Growth (10 creators), and from $7,500 for an Enterprise creator programme (15 to 30 creators). Creator base fees of $500 per creator sit on top, so the all-in totals before views are $5,000, $10,000, and from $15,000. Creators also earn $1.30 per 1,000 views, so 200,000 views adds $260.

Why is the creator budget separate from the management fee?

So you can see exactly what reaches the creators. The base fee and views fee go to them, and the management fee pays for running the programme.

What does $1.30 CPM mean?

Creators earn $1.30 for every 1,000 views their videos get. At 100,000 views, that is $130. Your cost only rises when your content gets attention.

What is the smallest programme I can start with?

Starter, with 5 creators and 150 videos a month. Below that, too few accounts test at once to find winning hooks quickly.

What makes Enterprise different?

Enterprise is a full creator programme rather than a single network. We design the programme around your products, buyers, and markets, run 15 to 30 creators with a bench of replacements, add a LinkedIn creator layer for decision-makers, and connect reporting to your CRM.

Is paid media included?

No. Paid media management is an add-on, and your ad budget is separate.

Are usage rights included?

Yes. Paid usage rights are included, so organic winners can move into your ads.

What is the minimum commitment?

4 months. Month 1 covers setup, and months 2 to 4 are where the programme finds and scales the winning ideas.
